We cold press our coconut oil to allow for the retention of natural anti-oxidants and preserve the distinct aroma and flavor of coconut. This process ensures highest quality oil.

In July 2008, she wrote an article that has become disseminated world-wide on the internet, “What If There Was a Cure for Alzheimer’s Disease and No One Knew?” and is author of a book released in October 2011, (Alzheimer’s Disease: What If There Was a Cure?). Her book conveys the story of a dietary intervention that helped her husband and, now, many other people with Alzheimer’s and certain neurodegenerative diseases, as well as the science of ketones and how to incorporate medium chain fatty acids into the diet.
