½ cup CocoRoselle coconut oil
½ cup cocoa powder plus 1 extra tbsp
6 medium size free range eggs
¾ cup CocoRoselle coconut sugar
1/3 cup CocoRoselle floral syrup (available in Q2 2014)
½ cup CocoRoselle coconut flour
tiny pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a tray with baking paper. Melt the coconut oil (just to melting, not hot) and whisk in the cacao powder. In a medium size bowl whisk the eggs, sugar, floral syrup and salt together. Pour in the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined. Add the coconut flour and coconut and mix until combined, whisk it til it thicken up. Pour into prepared tray and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set in the middle.
